The Zafiropoulos-Caravitis Group is fully equipped and staffed for providing technical support to customers. In-house service in both our facilities in South Greece (Athens) and North Greece (Thessaloniki), enable us to respond within 24 hours to all service requirements. Our service engineers and application scientists will travel to even remote customer sites, to provide full support for our products. (Servicing of instruments and applications of reagents). More than 300 instruments, all over Greece, are maintained fully operational at all times.
